Totally agreed. Completely inappropriate for a Star Wars game. I got to the first planet and found it unplayable. Can’t fathom the later levels. I love action games (GOW, DMC, etc) but what I played was the most difficult, muddiest, self indulgent experience I’ve had playing games for 30 years. Uninstalled and have no interest in Survivor. Bosses will require multiple attempts before success and you will often die to regular enemies if you get too cocky. All of the above sounds like a Souls-like to me. This is definitely the most difficult and punishing Star Wars game yet released. Honestly, its a Souls-like crossed with a Metroidvania formula and a Star Wars skin slapped on top. Completing the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order skill tree will take time, and choosing which skills to unlock can be difficult. Furthermore, some skills can be unlocked naturally after acquiring a prerequisite skill, while others - the vast majority of higher tier skills - can only be unlocked once they become available after Cal progresses Ahead of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor this month, one dedicated Fallen Order fan has beaten a boss without a lightsaber on the original's hardest difficulty. The Ninth Sister, a former Jedi turned ren IGN’s review of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor gave it 9/10 and said: “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor takes what Fallen Order achieved and wall-runs with it, then double-jumps and air-dashes straight into On the hardest difficulty, Enemies should act like squads where they can get into formation and will shoot at the same and even take cover. fetjalomredit • 4 yr. ago. One of the designers said that they made sure lightsabers kill in one hit, but in return enemies can block your attacks so they won't be too easy. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a trying game. Virtually nothing is easy. Even in easy mode, where the timing is supposed to be the most forgiving, it was difficult to properly time parries Yes this was one of the worst aspects of this game. Felt like they made it intentionally difficult to find your way around in order to artificially increase the game length. Zeffo is famously mazelike, the rest of the game is much better to navigate. The map is as useless as the auto map in doom. Which is what makes the souls games challenging but fair. I played and beat fallen order and most of my deaths were due to the camera/controls not being accurate. Mentally i lump that into my BS game list where its poor execution not straight difficulty. Its definitely worth playing and beating especially if you like star wars. When Jedi: Fallen Order got released, it became an instant hit, and straight away got heralded as one of the greatest Star Wars video games of all time with its gorgeous presentation, great gameplay, brilliant characters, and carefully crafted story. To a lot of players, though, there is more to complete than just the story. TyLJA.
